Lovely peaceful site away from the hustle and bustle but within easy reach if you want it, plus close enough to the Lake district and Yorkshire dales for exploring. Note this is a certificated site so you need to be a camping and caravanning club member to use it .
We had a smashing 2 nights last week on this gem of a site. Pleasant owners who helped us sort our water. The toilet and shower facilities are very high standard. Lovely hot showers and plenty of room plus board to stand on and chair/shelf etc for your clothes/wash stuff. There is a kitchen you can use with a microwave and info leaflets to look at too.Also good wi-fi...free.Less than half an hour to walk to the ferry to Fleetwood or you can drive nearer and park.Thank you for our stay. We shall be back.
Very clean and well kept site with excellent facilities.The owners are friendly and helpful. Some excellent walks along the bay and Estuary. Convenient for Fleetwood Cleveleys and Blackpool.If we had to give it mark's we would give it ten out of Ten.
Well kept site, short grass or hardstandings, toilets clean , hot showers. Quiet site, friendly hard working owners. Will be going again if not fully booked.
Very peaceful.very helpful owner. He even directed to help reverse the caravan. A little bit of a last min notice as to where the site entrance is, as it's between houses. 1 car per caravan, but room on the road if you have a second one. 2 Clean unisex toilets with shower rooms. No views, but each pitch has a nice amount of space so are private. And the lawns are neat and tidy. Electric hook up included in the price, and half of the pitches are hard standing. The ground is hard next to the pitches, so make sure you bring a hammer and stone pegs if your putting up an awning. The grass areas however are soft enough for normal pegs.
