I have always found their practice very helpful The doctors pretty accurate with their diagnoses and the staff are most kind and helpful
Phoned Drs today as my wife who has Ms cut just under her toenail and we could not stop it bleeding , all i wanted was some advice on what to do but the receptionist said they were to busy for me to speak to a Dr or a nurse and that i should either call a ambulance or call the district nurses,, I think I would of been laughed at if i was stupid enough to call a ambulance for a small cut under a toenail .. I eventually got through to the district Nurses who said a Dr should of come out to my wife as she is housebound and they could not believe how unhelpful you had been ,,I will now be taking this further as I don't know how a receptionist can make decisions like that without talking to a Dr or nurse first
My local doctors, although trying to get an appointment is like going through an SAS course, this has now improved now they have implemented their new booking system, they are very good and usually once you have your appointment, waiting times are not so bad
