We have had the pleasure of many orders from Rachel, both for home and also for our students. Rachel is so professional and always caters for all our needs. Her products are so lovely, we actually now find it difficult to choose! In addition, we have be so fortunate that Rachel has also made many celebration cakes for our family. Rachel's cakes are moist, tasty and truly scrumptious. She is spot on with every details and she does look after you. I would highly recommend her. I am so glad that I have found her. There are lots out there but for us she is the best.
Rachel's cakes are absolutely to die for. My husband is lactose intolerant and my sister is a vegan and I'm not a big fan of cake unless it's chocolate. Not a problem to Rachel when I contact her with minimal notice, the attention to detail on the kite surfing was the best I've ever had and the cake was soft and fluffy and the most delicious I've ever tasted. Can't wait for another reason to order one!
I have tried a number of Rachel's cakes, lemon drizzle being my personal favorite and I have also ordered a large number of individual puddings for customers as gifts. I have always found her to be extremely pleasant to deal with, she delivers when she says she will and her cakes taste amazing. Oh my days! Rachels cakes are the softest and lightest Ive ever tasted! Her attention to detail is second to none and I would recommend her to anyone wanting a special cake that wont disappoint! Her shortbread is melting and heavenly too, although I dont think its good for my waistline! She cares about each cake she does and is very focussed on what the customer wants - even if it seems strange! Ill never eat a supermarket cake ever again.
